PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

The Buubla online shop (“Online Shop”) delivers orders to Finland (including Ahvenanmaa) and specified EU- and EEA-countries (listed below).

In Finland orders can normally be collected on the next working day after 4 p.m. following the order day if a client has chosen SmartShip as a delivery method.

By choosing the Priority delivery method, the package will be delivered approximately within 5-12 working days. The delivery can be followed by using the number for delivery until the international terminal in Finland, or in specified countries until distribution.

Delays in delivery will be noticed on the Online Shop's front page.

Addition to Finland, Baby Wallaby also delivers to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Estonia, Gibraltar (UK), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Currently Buubla does not deliver orders made via the Online Shop to the following countries within the EU: Büsingen and Helgoland in Germany, Guernsey (including Alderney and Sark) and Jersey in Great Britain, Livigno and Campione d'Italia in Italy, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain or Faroe Islands and Greenland in Denmark.

Please note that during a strike of mailing offices the deliveries maybe delayed by 1-3 working days from normal delivery times.

A customer has two options for delivery in Finland: delivery to home address (9.95 EUR) or to the closest SmartShip collection location (4.90 EUR). The price of delivery will be added to your order once you have chosen the delivery method.

In international deliveries, the delivery will be 14-21 EUR depending on the location of the country of delivery. The exact delivery price will be shown once you have chosen your country and proceeded in payment section but prior to accepting the order.

You can pay your purchase by using common credit cards, PayPal or main Finnish bank’s online payments. The payments will be delivered by Klarna Bank AB (publ) or PayPal, Inc. (depending on which payment method you have chosen). This is the reason why the recipient of the payment may be Klarna Bank AB (publ) or PayPal, Inc. on your bank statement. The payment will be later forwarded to Buubla. In case of reclamation, please be first in contact with Buubla.

Regarding online bank payments, Klarna Bank AB (publ) provides financial and payment service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the customer the service functions as conventional online payment.
